The following clips are available for download for the specific purpose of evaluating Violet Microphones.

The musical content is courtesy of, and copywritten under Broken Yellow Line Music 2007..

The clips are 24 bit, 48k .wav files, and approximately 30 seconds in length each.

Mac users: Option Click each file to download

PC users: In Firefox Right Click each file and select “save link as”/In IE Right Click each file and select "save target as"

Download the files to where ever you like on your computer, then open a new session and import them to separate tracks. They are time stamped and will line up for a good A/B scenario.

Pro Tools Users: (Details for Mac 7.3)

Download Files.
Open New Session. (24 bit/48k .wav)
Go to File -> Import -> Audio
Find files and select, then click ‘Add’, then ‘Done’.
When ‘Audio Import Options’ dialog box appears, select ‘New Track’ from drop down menu, then ‘Spot’ from the ‘Location’ drop down menu.
